June 14-16, SFPA Expo Atlanta 2017

06 2017
Together with our partner Springer we will be present at this year's 34th edition of the Forest Products Machinery & Equipment Exposition at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta and present you the latest high-tech solutions for sawmills and planer mills.
- We are proudly presenting automated hardwood lumber grading according to NHLA grading rules in transverse or lineal feed

Microtec NHLA Grader is the first solution for machine grading of hardwood lumber according to NHLA grading rules, specifically developed for grading rough, kiln-dried lumber. The software reliably grades hardwood lumber based on the determined lumber characteristics and defect recognition by a Goldeneye 900 n°1 Transverse Quality Scanner for rip, trim, grading & sorting solutions in transverse or Goldeneye 600 in lineal feed.
Furthermore, NHLA Grader not only determines a board’s grade, but also optimizes trimming to obtain a higher lumber value.

Our wide range of innovative products cover both mechanical and electronic equipment for sawmills and wood processing industries. Our quality grading scanner series are all of latest and most reliable technology.

Sponsored and conducted by the Southern Forest Products Association (SFPA) every two years since 1950, this event has traditionally included many of the biggest names in the business displaying everything from sawmill machinery to materials handling equipment, attracting key representatives from the nation’s largest wood products manufacturers.

Microtec and Springer will await you at booth # 1443.
