The manufacturing company of Enrique Zeni produces finger joint lamellas of high quality and moldings. For this solution Microtec provided the new developed and unique X-ray featured Goldeneye 500 for the detection of defects.

This scanner is equipped with manifold X-ray sources for the detection of 3D space position of the pith providing yield increase in particular for molding while processing small diameter logs. The project was worked out with the technology partner System TM. The start up of the installation was early 2014.

Enrique R. ZENI & Cía is a company grown entirely in Argentina. The foundation was in 1940 and the company is today market leader covering several market areas such as grain commercialization, timber and oil, livestock, forestry and citrus areas.
Zeni owns forests where grow pine, as well as eucalyptus, grevillea and Australian red cedar. The modern company shelters in its production halls all new technological solutions.
