Solida produces high quality wood products, which are designated to the Brazilian market as well as to the worldwide market. 2003 the entire sawmill has been equipped with solutions by Microtec, Springer and EWD. 10 years later, Solida has decided to boost its chop-optimization with four new cross-cut saws by System TM and the new generation Multi-Sensor Quality Scanner, Goldeneye 500.

For Solida Brasil Madeiras, Microtec is the only scanning & optimization provider able to guarantee a high level of accuracy at constantly increasing conveying speeds.

4 cross-cut saws by System TM were installed at the site. The Goldeneye chop optimization integrates perfectly with the Opti-Kap saw.
